A vestry held this day for the s(aid)
it is agreed that whoever received
relief with such exceptions as shall be
thought proper by the church wardens and
overseers shall wear a badge with S
to be placed on the right shoulder
(and if) they are seen after receiving their
(relief) without such mark on his or
(her) coat or gown they shall be
immediately taken off and no further relief given
